THE "FORGOTTEN STORIES" COLLECTION
I am fascinated by the world around me. I take inspiration from movies, music, culture, and art, but especially from the old times. Everything started beautiful, but as time goes by, the beauty gets taken away. That's why I love old things: vintage antiques, old clothing, old architecture, and abandoned places.
That's what this collection is all about — and what I want my brand to be about. I want to tell stories and bring back things that have been forgotten. This collection is a way to bring that back.
"My inspiration is to captur the essence of the 1800s and 1900s. I want the clothes to feel structured and trapped — like a men's army jacket and a straitjacket — and for the clothes to be the color of an abandoned hospital wall. With stripes that look like a old forgotten circus tent, I also want to construct the garments to be historically accurate, allowing each piece to tell a different story."
